VIU MASTER OF BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION (MBA)
VIU's MBA program enables students to gain knowledge in the core business areas of management, finance, marketing, and decision-making. The program provides students with high quality, professional education in business
administration, thereby qualifying students for more diverse job opportunities.
The program aims to:
· Provide a background in the concepts of the production, marketing, and financing of business organizations.
· Provide a foundation in the methods for decision-making and information technology.
· Develop management practitioners who embrace change creatively for the benefit of business.
· Provide individuals with the capacity and the discipline necessary for continuous learning.
Concentrations: Students can specialize in one of the following concentrations:
· International Business Management
· Marketing Management
· International Finance
· Health Care Management
· Global Logistics
Degree Requirements: The program consists of 18 credit hours of required Core Courses, 12 credit hours of Concentration Courses and 6 credit hours of Elective Courses. Students must maintain a 3.0 (B) grade point average
and a minimum grade of not less than 2.0 (C) in all core courses to qualify for the MBA degree. This program is generally completed within four semesters. Both full-time and part-time MBA programs are offered. Need TOEFL

VIU BACHELOR OF SCIENCE IN BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION (BBA)
The Bachelor of Science in Business Administration program prepares qualified students for leadership positions in the 21st century global marketplace. Such leaders will need to balance the goals of economic success with
the constraints of greater social and environmental responsibility. Instructed by a distinguished faculty, students learn to integrate changing human and information resources with continually developing technology,
while nurturing the entrepreneurial spirit that has always been the key to successful business and management.
Concentrations: The Business Programs Department offers a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree in the following three major concentrations: · Finance · International
Business · Marketing
Degree Requirements: Each of VIU's Bachelor’s degree programs is composed of 40 courses: 12 General Education Courses (GEC), 6 Foundation Courses, 12 Core Courses, 6 Concentration Courses, and 4 Elective Courses. Each
course consists of 3 credit hours. Students will complete 84 credit hours of major courses and 36 credit hours of General Education Courses, for a total of 120 credit hours. Need TOEFL pbt 550 or cbt 213 or IELTS 6.0 or

The diploma programs described below are designed to give the student specific and up-to-date skills that are demanded by employers. The following programs are one year diploma programs:

Diploma Requirements: Business diploma programs consist of 24 credit hours and are two semesters long. Student should earn a grade point average of satisfactory in all courses attempted. The program is generally
