Visas and Study Permits through Canadian Lawyer
The Canadian College retains the services of a Canadian Law Firm to help prepare the
student file and apply for the study permit in Canada. Once the study permit is obtained
in Canada, this will be sent to the Canadian High Commission or Consulate in the student's
country of origin to enable the student to apply for the visa there. In this way since the
study permit is already obtained the chances of a visa rejected is minimal. The lawyer's
fee is CDN $1250 payable in advance and is non refundable but if the Canadian Lawyer evaluates
your case and determines that it is lacking in merits and will be difficult to obtain a
study permit the Lawyer will return CDN $1000 to the student. If the student apply for the
study permit/visa by himself/herself at the Canadian Consulate in their country and it is
rejected in most instances it is almost not possible to make a successful appeal. So it is
better to go through a Canadian Lawyer

Refund Policy
In case your Visa/study permit is rejected for any reason, you will have to send to the College
the original refusal letter from the Canadian Consulate and the entire tuition amount paid
will be refunded except CDN 500.00 non refundable deposit. This refund is processed
within 60 days.
The College is registered & approved by the Ministry of Training & Colleges in Canada.
