For foreigners applying to study undergraduate/postgraduate degree courses registered with the Ministry of Education in private colleges in Singapore, Student Passes valid for one year will be issued. If the students maintain a good record, upon renewal, the Student Passes will be extended to be valid for the remaining course duration. For degree & post degree courses Security Bond Deposit is not required; and Applicants from the People’s Republic of China to SQC schools are allowed to submit their applications directly in Singapore, instead of submitting them in China.
