Key terms are explained in plain language so the next time you visit your GP you will be better equipped to ask further questions. Healthy eating tips by Sherry Clewlow and exercise advice from Sue Stanley are included.You can show loved ones these videos as well as watch them several times in the comfort of your own home. You can read brief descriptions about the 13 separate titles in the series as well as preview them online.
